RETURN and REFUND POLICY

The Tail Wags has a hassle free Return Policy. You may return ANY non-personalized item in new, unused condition for a refund of your money, within 30 days of date of purchase - no questions asked. Please note ALL returns will be assessed a 20% return processing fee and require a RMA.

Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not allowed, and there will NOT be a refund issued. If you have no need for the item and still want to return it we will gladly donate any items we receive to a dog rescue or non-profit shelter facility at our discretion.  

Personalized items (such as and including engraved tags or buckles, dog bowls, and charms) are not returnable. All Sale items are final sale and not returnable. It is the responsibility of our customers to accurately measure their dogs and make sure they make the right selection in size.

We will NOT refund shipping charges OR pay for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.

If a product is shipped back to The Tail Wags, it must include a RMA number. Please email thepack@thetailwags.com for the RMA and shipping instructions.

Note: We do not pay for return shipping.

It is strongly recommended that you insure your package.

We do not exchange items, rather the refund will be applied to the original purchase card and you can reorder the correct item.

If We Sent You The Wrong Item - well it happens sometimes and we are never happy about it BUT we appreciate your understanding. If it happens, contact us immediately at thepack@thetailwags.com and we will advise you on how we will remedy the situation. Please do NOT ship items back before you contact us.
